Key Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery status and resolve fulfillment issues
• Prepare regular reports on order volume and inventory status

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, filters, tables)
• Comfortable working with software tools and operational data
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking

Preferred

• Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or ecommerce operations
• Experience managing multiple SKUs or warehouses
