• Basic knowledge in Server, Network, Storage and Virtualization.
• Willing to work on shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical support for IT infrastructure and 1st level support to achieve zero downtime.
• Execute installation or upgrade of software or hardware based on direction.
• Conduct periodical system maintenances to ensure optimum performance.
