Job summary

MSD is seeking a Specialist for International Labeling Support (ILS) to partner across GRACS and divisions to ensure compliant labeling and artworks activities. The role focuses on supporting local labeling implementation, maintaining regulatory records, and driving process improvements within the ILS scope.

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years in pharma/biotech and a Bachelor's in a related field. Hybrid work arrangement is available, with a posting end date 09/30/2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or related industry.
• Experience with regulatory systems, databases or document management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality labeling and artwork packages aligned with company requirements and supports CRA regulatory activities within ILS scope.
• Ensures labeling and artwork deliverables are completed on time and accurately.
• Supports metrics preparation for the designated business process.
• Collaborates with Global Labeling, CRA and other stakeholders to resolve labeling and artwork queries.
• Updates process documentation, work instructions and training materials as needed.
• Participates in cross-functional initiatives to improve and streamline processes and tools.
