Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in demand planning or related role in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
• Proven experience as a Demand Planner using Advanced Planning software.
• Strong business proficiency in both English and Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data and statistical models.
• Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy and address deviations.
• Provide insights on demand trends to improve planning accuracy.
