BP plc seeks a Category Intelligence and Optimization Lead to identify actionable category insights and drive procurement strategies through advanced analytics. Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in procurement or business or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years experience in indirect procurement.
Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organisation.
Engaging and collaborative way of working in multidimensional environments.

Responsibilities

Improve data sources to create insights and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct demand, consumption and market analysis to inform category strategy.
Lead governance discussions with executive sponsors on progress and results.
Mentor category managers and drive value-based procurement initiatives.
