Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HVAC Technician to ensure heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems operate safely and efficiently for our clients. You will diagnose issues, perform installations and repairs, and deliver proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Air Conditioning or related field.
• At least 1 year of HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair.
• Knowledge of boilers and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and provide effective solutions
• Conduct inspections and assess building systems for maintenance or repair needs
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and equipment failures
• Clean, adjust, and service HVAC systems, including warranty-related repairs
• Respond quickly and professionally to emergency repair requests
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and maintenance logs
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians when needed
• Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with clients
