Job summary

A facilities management company located in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Technician to manage operations and maintenance of Air Conditioning and Mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience and relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues promptly to ensure continual operation, and assisting in preventive maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Air Conditioning/Mechanical system operation and maintenance.
• Certificate/Diploma in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical or related engineering fields.

Responsibilities

• Carry out operations, maintenance & repair for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Systems.
• Attend, rectify and escalate any breakdowns to ensure zero interruption to production.
• Perform routine rounding on all systems and equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections and data recordings.
• Assist & execute PM activity according to schedule and task.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Carry out operations, maintenance & repair for Air Conditioning & Mechanical/Air Scrubbers Systems.
• To immediately attend, rectify and escalate any breakdown and failure of system or equipment to ensure zero interruption to production.
• To perform routine rounding on all systems and equipment.
• To perform a visual inspection and data recording.
• To assist & execute PM activity, according to and comply with the schedule and task.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Air Conditioning/Mechanical system operation and maintenance.
• Certificate/Diploma in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical or related engineering fields.
• Senior Technicians with substantial experience may be considered for Supervisor/Team Leader.
