Job summary

Intelligence Technology Services Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a field service engineer to install, commission, service and maintain HVAC equipment, providing application support. You will troubleshoot issues, perform QA and safety checks, prepare reports, and prepare proposals to improve system performance while meeting timelines and budget.

Must have own transport and be willing to travel. Candidate should have at least SPM/ diploma/bachelor's in engineering and 2 years of technical HVAC experience,

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Min. 2 years of technical experience in air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation system & etc.
• Own transport & willing to travel outstation.
• Require skills: Ms. Office, Autocad.

Responsibilities

• Setup, installation, commissioning, servicing, maintaining and providing application support on HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Writing reports and reviewing/analysis on equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Preparing proposals or quotes for equipment or works to improve system performance and ensure deadlines and budget are met.
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, 24/7 on-call to support customers on site.
• Involved in electrical starters and chiller control panels; chiller mechanical system.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
