About the Role:

We are seeking a versatile HR Specialist with strong negotiation skills who can manage both Front-End and Back-End HR functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while effectively communicating with employees, management, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR data management.
  • Handle employee negotiations, conflict resolution, and performance discussions with professionalism.
  • Support HR systems and processes (Front-End: employee interactions, queries; Back-End: data management, reporting, compliance).
  • Collaborate with management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR with strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with full HR lifecycle (Front-End & Back-End HR functions).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
