We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Senior Executive/Team Lead to join our dynamic team at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving our HR strategy and ensuring the seamless management of our valued employees.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and lead a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional HR services and support to the business
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices to enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to business leaders to support decision-making and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a consulting or generalist HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to think strategically and provide pragmatic solutions to complex HR challenges
