Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to join our team in Penang, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will support HR operations across the Singapore and Taiwan regions, ensuring smooth execution of HR data processes and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who wish to grow their career in HR with a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations, employee data management, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee information in SAP/Workday systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely HR data processing.
  • Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and other administrative HR functions.
  • Provide HR support to regional teams (Singapore and Taiwan).
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience, preferably with exposure to SAP or Workday HR systems.
  • Language: Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory (to support Singapore and Taiwan regions).
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
