A leading power solutions company in Malaysia is looking for a Performance Manager with 5-8 years of HR experience. The role involves developing and improving the performance management system, aligning strategies with business needs, and overseeing performance appraisals. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, with at least 3 years in performance management. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur.
1. Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s performance management system.
2. Align performance management strategies with organizational objectives and business needs.
3. Ensure objectives are cascaded clearly from top management to individual employees. Support departments in setting SMART goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Oversee mid-year and annual performance appraisal processes.
5. Provide training to managers on conducting fair and effective performance reviews.
6. Design, update, and maintain the company’s organization chart to reflect current structures.
7. Work with department heads to ensure reporting lines, roles, and responsibilities are clearly defined.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2. Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CAHRP) are an added advantage.
3. Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years specializing in performance management.
