HUMAN RESOURCES - MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER
  • HR Strategy & Planning
    • Develop, implement and improve HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with overall business.
    • Provide strategic HR advisory to Management to support organization growth, culture and performance.
    • Lead workforce planning in coordination with business units to ensure talent needs are forecasted and met.
  • Talent Management & Development
    • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for managerial and critical positions across the Group.
    • Design and implement onboarding, competency frameworks, career paths and succession plans.
    • Drive learning & development programs (including HRDF-claimable courses) to upskill employees and future leaders.
    • Implement performance management systems and annual appraisal processes.
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits frameworks based on market benchmarking and internal equity.
    • Oversee annual salary review, bonus planning, promotions and incentive schemes across subsidiaries.
    • Ensure accurate payroll coordination and timely statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
    • Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement programs, grievance handling and effective communication.
    • Manage disciplinary procedures, domestic inquiries and termination processes in accordance with Malaysian laws and best practices.
    • Maintain good working relationships with employees and external HR-related stakeholders (e.g., JTK, PERKESO, EPF, LHDN).
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including payroll, HRIS/HRMS, employee records, attendance, leave and claims.
    • Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act and other statutory regulations across all entities.
    • Lead internal audits and support corporate governance-related requirements involving HR.
  • Organizational Development & Culture
    • Support change management initiatives and organisational transformation programs.
    • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion practices and promote a high-performance culture.
    • Facilitate engagement surveys and translate insights into action plans.
