We are looking for a dynamic People & Culture Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
People & Culture Leadership
- Lead the full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and talent development.
- Champion a positive workplace culture and implement initiatives that strengthen morale, engagement, and teamwork.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and counselling to employees and leaders.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR governance.
- Maintain HR systems, employee data, organisation charts, and controlled documents.
- Collaborate with payroll teams or providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Plan and execute company-wide events, celebrations, recognition activities, and engagement programs.
- Strengthen employer branding and support culture-building efforts.
- Facilitate internal training and development sessions.
Business Partnering
- Work closely with management and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide HR insights, analytics, and recommendations for organisational development and workforce planning.
- Partner with leaders on performance, capability-building, and restructuring needs.
Administration & Office Management
- Oversee general office administration, facilities maintenance, licenses, and supplies.
- Manage insurance-related matters for the organisation.
- Support workplace health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Financial Responsibility
- Prepare and manage the annual HR and Admin budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
