Our client is a high‑tech manufacturer dedicated to the recycling, regeneration, and application of renewable plastics, leading the way in low‑carbon environmental protection and new sustainable trends.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen with a bachelor's degree, good command of Mandarin Chinese.
• Previous HR experience in a well‑established company based in Malaysia, at a supervisory/managerial level.
• Ability to build HR systems from scratch, with expertise in at least two of the following areas: compensation & benefits, recruitment, and training. Must have external liaison experience (e.g., visa processing, immigration office dealings, social security, tax‑related matters).
• Strong personality, results‑driven, with a firm belief in performance‑based evaluation and meritocracy.
