Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full HR spectrum: operations, admin, systems, recruitment, L&D, compensation, engagement, strategy.
  • Lead HR initiatives and policies to support business growth and culture transformation.
  • Partner with management on talent attraction, retention, and development.
  • Design and implement HR structure and performance-driven culture.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, employee records, HR planning, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Handle training needs, recruitment pipeline, conflict resolution, and corporate exercises.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar.
  • Min. 8 years relevant HR experience.
  • Possess knowledge of Malaysian labor law, compliance, and best practices.
  • Strong in HR operations, Budget Management, and Strategy planning.
  • People-oriented with the ability to manage interpersonal relationships of various levels in the company.
  • Self-starter and results-driven with the ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Knowledgeable in managing HR systems, processes, and databases.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
