Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Port Dickson. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, and handle employee relations. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with labor laws, managing compensation and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role entails partnering with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications
