What You’ll Do

Lead the design and rollout of cultural transformation programs, from values to performance frameworks, and ensuring cultural shifts are sustained, measurable, and embraced across all levels.

Partner with senior leaders to embed a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.

Develop HR strategies that balance people growth with business priorities.

Implement our Continuous Hiring Strategy, and oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention with a focus on building high-performing teams.

Drive the implementation of modern HR practices: performance management, career frameworks, employee engagement, and reward systems.

What We’re Looking For

8 years of proven experience in HR leadership or management in fast-changing or transformation-driven environments, ideally in large-scale organizations or multinational companies.

Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws; experience with listed company compliance requirements is an advantage.

A strong track record of implementing cultural or organizational change initiatives.

Ability to influence leaders and inspire employees at all levels.

Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable with challenges and ambiguity.

Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.

A passion for building workplaces where people feel empowered and connected to purpose.

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Proficiency in any HRMS is a plus.
