We are looking for a motivated and diligent Human Resources Manager to join our team. Your role requires meticulous attention to detail and strict confidentiality in managing sensitive information, fostering trust within the organisation. You will enhance communication by clearly articulating HR policies to employees and management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
What Are Your Key Responsibilities?
Overseeing monthly payroll and statutory submissions.
Managing recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Addressing employee inquiries and handling grievances.
Preparing HR reports and leading HR projects.
Designing employee engagement surveys to promote transparency.
Analysing HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in talent management and training.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management/payroll.
Experience in talent development and implementing training programs across various levels within an organisation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft OYice applications and applying AI for eYiciency.

Employee Benefits
Standard working hours: 8:30 am – 5:45 pm, Monday to Friday (41 hours and 15 minutes/week).
Annual leave entitlement: 14–22 days based on role and years of service.
