Job Description:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to senior management, translating business needs into effective HR strategies and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, develop near and mid-term hiring strategies, and conduct interviews to ensure high-quality hires.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Manage the entire employee lifecycle and handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in full compliance with labor laws.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster positive employee relations to build a productive, engaged, and healthy workforce.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 8 - 10 years of broad HR experience, including at least 5 years in recruitment and 3 years in a management role.
  • Knowledge: Strong expertise in national labor laws, full-cycle recruiting, and employer branding. Proven ability to resolve complex labor disputes independently.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Education & Language: Bachelor's degree or higher. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
  • Personal Attributes: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
