Human Resources Executive (Learning & Development)

We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR department. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping a high-performance and values-driven culture by designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative learning and development initiatives that foster employee growth and enhance organisational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with the HR team to support various HR functions and ensure alignment with overall HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute learning strategies and programs that align with company values and performance goals.
  • Assess the learning needs of employees and tailor development programs accordingly.
  • Create engaging training materials and resources, utilizing various instructional methods.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics and refine programs based on insights.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team managers to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Organise workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Work closely with the HR team to support onboarding, performance management, and other HR initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development, or a related field. Posses HRDC accredited certificate is an added advantage
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs and development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and levels within the organisation.
  • Proficient in the use of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, learning management systems and software.
