A recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur seeks a dedicated Human Resources Executive to support its HR functions. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll administration, and compliance. With a focus on building a supportive workplace culture, this role involves managing HR documentation and providing guidance on HR policies. We're looking for someone with a degree in HR or a related field and 2–3 years of HR experience, along with strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities. We are seeking a dedicated and people-focused Human Resources Executive to support and strengthen our HR function. In this role, you will assist in handling the day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management support, payroll administration, compliance, and HR documentation. You will work closely with the HR team and management to ensure smooth HR processes and contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources
Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems.
Handle monthly payroll data preparation including allowances, leave, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB).
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other labor-related regulations.
Provide preliminary guidance to employees and management on basic HR policies and statutory matters.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
Support performance management exercises and appraisal tracking.
Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives.
Assist in handling employee relations matters including basic grievances and disciplinary documentation.
Prepare HR reports, official letters, and updates for management.
Contribute to employee engagement and company culture-building activities.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management..
Business Support / Administration
Process purchase orders (PO) and assist in issuing invoices.
Coordinate delivery schedules with relevant departments or vendors.
Support stock handling and ensure timely updates in the internal tracking system.
Assist in office administration, documentation, and general record keeping.
Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Flexibility to Work from home : Saturday (09.00am - 01.00pm)
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in HR and/or administrative functions.
Basic to solid knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian labor laws.
Experience in payroll administration and statutory submissions.
Familiarity with purchase orders, invoicing, or stock tracking is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
