Job summary

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Executive at Sunzen Group Berhad, a public listed holding company. This full‑time position will support the overall HR functions across the Group.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and process company payroll on a timely and accurate basis.
• Handle recruitment and staffing needs, including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Maintain employee records and files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR‑related matters.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs, company engagement events, and team‑building activities.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators.

What we're looking for
