Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree or any professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• 2-4 years of relevant working experience in a human resource generalist role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process including onboarding.
• Process and administer staff claims according to company policies.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process up to onboarding. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and sit in for interview sessions, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, as well as new staff orientation.
• To check, process, and administer staff claims in accordance with company procedures and policies.
• Provide comprehensive personal assistant, administrative, and secretarial support to the Director.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks if required.

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and advanced computer literacy skills
• A candidate with Talent Acquisition experience will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
