- To encompass manpower planning & recruitment.
- Coordinate with advertising, head hunt and assist in recruitment of employees.
- Brief on company profile and company regulations for new employee.
- Arranging and review the confirmed employees for the insurance coverage with insurance agent.
- Government Licenses application.
- Award application.
- HR & Admin ISO documentation preparation.
- Government department affair - survey, statistic report.
- Employee handbook.
- To liaise with Labor office & government agencies.
- Monitoring company vehicle insurance renewal.
- Staff insurance renewal.
- To maintain industrial harmony at all the time.
- To carry out any relevant duties that assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Min Degree or equivalent or at least 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Independent to manage all office matters with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English both written and spoken communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Awareness of ISO 9001.
- Able to work independently with min supervision.
