A leading logistics company in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated HR professional to support daily HR operations. Responsibilities include managing attendance verification, recruitment coordination, and compliance documentation. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or degree in HR or a related field, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be familiar with Malaysian labor laws. Support Daily HR Operations: Handle attendance verification, work-hour updates, entitlements and staff movement records to ensure accurate and timely monthly processing while maintaining consistent data flow across departments.
Workforce Data Management: Monitor manpower information, maintain updated employee details and prepare routine workforce reports to support internal decision-making and operational planning.
Monthly Compensation Processing: Compile verified work records, allowances and deductions to support accurate and timely monthly compensation execution in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Employee Lifecycle Support: Coordinate recruitment activities, prepare documentation, manage onboarding requirements and update employment movements to ensure smooth transitions throughout each stage of the employee lifecycle.
Coordination with Third-Party Agencies: Liaise with manpower vendors on placements, documentation, attendance matters and required follow-ups to support daily operational workforce needs.
Shift & Workforce Arrangement Support: Update shift schedules, work arrangements and manpower allocation in line with operational requirements to ensure accurate planning and resource deployment.
Employee Query Management: Respond to employee enquiries regarding entitlements, records and HR procedures, providing timely clarification and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate HR files, ensure submissions and processes comply with statutory and company requirements, and support audit or inspection activities when needed.
Employee Relations Assistance: Assist in basic disciplinary documentation, case tracking and issue follow-up to support fair and consistent employee relations practices.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or a related field, fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
Experience supporting large operational workforces is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and basic HR processes is preferred.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
