Job description

Position Summary

Assist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up. Support management and leadership in handling HR matters, monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and keep accurate employee records. Provide responses to employee and management inquiries regarding HR programs and policies, and disseminate information to staff about employer-employee relations and personnel policies. Manage logistics and scheduling for annual employee surveys, answer phone calls, and record messages. Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees. Follow company safety policies, report accidents, maintain confidentiality, and support team collaboration. Use computer systems for data entry and handle physical duties up to 10 pounds. Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None.
