Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Melaka. The Human Resources Executive will handle day‑to‑day human resources tasks including benefits administration and HR management. The role includes ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and supporting the implementation of HR policies and programs.

What you’ll be doing
  • Provide end‑to‑end human resources support, including employee onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinate and manage employee training and development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and data
  • Oversee general office administration, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and supply management
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR‑related guidance
  • Support the management team with special projects and other duties as required
What we’re looking for
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2‑5 years of experience in a similar human resources and administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑centric approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Pass
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Laws and HR best practices
