Job Summary
- Drive people strategy and initiatives in partnership with business head and HR teams in line with business strategies.
- Collaborate with Knowledge and Tactical Team in performance management, talent management, employee engagement and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with the business and provide appropriate consultations on people and broader business challenges.
- Assist in translating People Strategy into actionable plans.
- Support Knowledge & Tactical of Human Resources in designing and executing people strategy and people-related initiatives.
- Facilitate candidate interviews and get involved in candidate selection by providing recommendations and insights from a Human Resources perspective.
- Ensure that all Human Resources policy and process activity is effectively delivered into the responsible business area(s) / entities.
- Support Human Resources community to ensure group Human Resources strategies, policies and processes are effectively implemented and monitored.
- Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior / entities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for internal controls and audits. Assist in all audit reviews exercise.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
- At least 4 years working experience in Human Resources.
- Sound business acumen and strong communication skills.
- Familiar with Employment Act and other local regulations.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills.
- Possess strong leadership skills and ability to manage and deal with internal stakeholders.
- Innovative problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
- High level of maturity and sense of responsibility.
- Good in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
