Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.
What are the Job Responsibilities?
  • Focusing on strategic issues that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business
  • Having the personal impact and credibility to influence critical decision makers
  • Having the breadth of knowledge of the services and solutions offered by the HR Operational Services
  • Being excellent project and account managers with demonstrated knowledge of the business
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Identify, manage & work closely with the operation managers in the aspect of hiring & manpower planning especially in production
What are the Qualifications?
  • Possess a degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant HR experience in well-established organization with several years of experience as a HR Business Partner
  • Well-rounded working knowledge of employment law, talent strategy, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, industrial relations matters, etc.
  • Resourceful with good communication interpersonal skills, outgoing personality and have strong influence and motivation
  • Good analytical, attention to detail, multi task and planning skills.
  • One (1) full-time position available.
