This is a strategic and hands‑on generalist role, responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive people initiatives that support operational goals and a high‑performance culture.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees alike, ensuring that HR strategies align with business priorities while maintaining compliance, engagement, and talent excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to plant and functional leadership teams on all HR matters.
  • Drive and implement HR initiatives in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and succession planning.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management projects.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety, and company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider HR team (C&B, L&D, Talent Acquisition) to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform people and business decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
