About the Role

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be focusing on assisting with a smooth operation of the HR Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and staff engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee databases and filing records.
  • Assist in preparing regular HR reports.
  • Perform any other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.
About You
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology or other relevant disciplines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.
