Job summary

Job description

Fatfish investee companies, ranging from incubation through to listed entities, include ASEAN Fintech Group, Abelco Investment Group (NGM:ABIG) and iCandy Interactive (ASX:ICI). Our strategy is to give investors indirect exposure to our investee companies as well as incubate new businesses leveraging our significant expertise and experience in developing and launching innovative technology companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, issue, and maintain HR-related letters, reports, and documentation (e.g. offer letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, etc.).
  • Maintain and regularly update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in processing and verifying monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, leave, and claims data.
  • Support the preparation and submission of statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings on job portals, resume screening, and shortlisting.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate new joiners’ onboarding activities and manage resignees’ offboarding processes.
  • Support employee welfare initiatives and handle day-to-day HR administrative matters.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably 1 year of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes, HRDF, and Malaysian labour regulations is an advantage.
  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workplace (Drive, Sheet) and basic HR systems.
