Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Perai. The Human Resources Assistant will support HR operations by assisting with the onboarding process, facilitating training sessions, managing employee benefits administration, and handling day-to-day HR inquiries. The role also includes assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR management systems and providing support for HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and related software tools
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration practices and processes
  • Ability to assist in designing and delivering Training programs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant work experience in an HR capacity is an advantage
