Job summary

A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking a Human Resources Assistant in Malacca City. The successful candidate will coordinate various training activities and events, maintain HR supplies, and ensure cleanliness in employee accommodations. Candidates should have a degree in HR or a related field and some experience. Proficiency in English is a must, and candidates who can speak additional languages will have an advantage. Only Malaysian citizens or Permanent Residents are eligible to apply.

Human Resources Assistant We rely on you:

• Assist in coordinating special functions for colleagues such as training activity, colleagues in-house events, sports activities, etc.
• Assist in preparing materials for training activities.
• Perform a regular stock inventory and maintain the stationaries par level for HR Office.
• Actively disseminate general information/ activities related to colleagues.
• Take charge and monitor the cleanliness of the colleagues accommodation.
• Regularly inspect the colleagues facilities in the hotel.
• Update weekly all kinds of communication channels to colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Human Resources/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
• Good command in writing & speaking English. Able to speak other languages will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of one (1) year working experience in similar capacity.
• Pleasant, flexible, approachable, and have an effective interpersonal skill.
• A team player and good in computer literate.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
