What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join a supportive HR team where your contributions matter from day one. Your role will revolve around three key areas:

You’ll help us attract and engage great people — shaping candidate experiences, building talent pipelines, strengthening campus relationships, and helping tell our story to future hires.

🏆 Employer Branding

You’ll play a part in promoting and maintaining the strong, positive company image we’ve built. This includes ensuring consistent messaging across platforms, highlighting what makes our culture unique, and collaborating with our marketing team to support content that reflects who we are. (Light content creation may be involved, but the focus is on strengthening our employer brand presence.)

📁 HR Operations

You’ll support the essential HR fundamentals: employee data, onboarding and offboarding, documentation, and reporting — all crucial to keeping our people operations running smoothly.
