  • Maintain and build relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Support HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HRIS updates, and policy implementation.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and workforce planning.
