Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in any related field.

  • Able to communicate effectively in at least two languages.

Overview

We are a growing and dynamic company seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the company’s human resource operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions including payroll administration, foreign worker management, and employee relations. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about people development.

Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing accurately and timely, including statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
  • Manage foreign workers’ affairs, including work permit renewals, passport validity, medical checkups, and liaison with relevant government agencies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and other related labour regulations.
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks and company policies implementation.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
Requirements
