The core mission of the HR Senior Executive is to assist the HR Manager in managing and executing the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, training, and policy implementation.
In addition, the HR Senior Executive plays a key role in managing staff grievances and employee relations—serving as the primary point of contact for workplace concerns and ensuring all issues are addressed promptly, fairly, and confidentially to maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Manager in overseeing the HR department to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across all HR functions.
- Act as the main point of contact for staff grievances and conflict resolution, ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct investigations, mediate disputes, and make recommendations on disciplinary or corrective actions when necessary.
- Actively manage job portals and lead the recruitment process from screening, interview to onboarding, ensuring the right talent is hired efficiently to meet business needs.
- Supervise and review attendance, leave, and HRMS records, ensuring data integrity and alignment with company policies for smooth payroll processing and manpower planning.
- Process monthly salary and incentive payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
- Review, update, and communicate HR policies, employee handbooks, and workplace regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs to support employee development.
- Serve as liaison between employees, management, and external regulatory bodies on HR-related matters.
- Execute ad-hoc HR assignments and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR operations or employee relations.
- Eager to learn and grow.
- Ability to work under fast-paced and rapidly growing retail environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, disciplinary procedures, and HR best practices.
