A leading real estate development firm in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resource Manager/Senior Manager to lead HR initiatives aligned with business goals. This role involves strategic HR advisory, talent acquisition, compensation management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR management and solid experience in managing HR functions to promote a positive work culture.
Develop, implement & improve HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
Provide strategic HR advisory to Management to support organizational growth, culture and performance.
Lead workforce planning in coordination with business units to ensure talent needs are forecasted and met.
Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition.
Drive learning and development programs to upskill employees and future leaders.
Lead the implementation of performance management systems and annual appraisal exercises.
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures based on market benchmarking and internal equity.
Oversee annual salary review, bonus planning, and promotion exercises.
Ensure compliance with statutory contributions.
Promote a positive work culture through engagement programs, grievance handling, and communication initiatives.
Manage disciplinary actions and domestic inquiries ensuring adherence to labor laws and best practices.
Maintain good relationships with employees and external HR-related stakeholders (e.g., JTK, PERKESO, EPF, LHDN).
Oversee day-to-day HR operations including payroll, HRIS, employee records, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations.
Lead internal audits and support corporate governance-related requirements involving HR.
Support change management initiatives and company transformation programs.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and promote a high-performance culture.
Lead employee engagement surveys and drive action plans to address identified gaps.
