Job Overview

As the HR Manager, you will be the pioneer and lead the full spectrum of Human Resources in a fast-paced, creative environment. This includes strategic planning, operational HR management, and people development to ensure HR strategies align with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning to meet organizational needs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff matters, foster a positive workplace culture, and handle grievances or disciplinary cases in compliance with Malaysian employment law.
  • Oversee payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality. Manage salary structures, benefits administration, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, MTD).
  • Implement appraisal systems, support managers in setting KPIs, and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Identify training needs, design employee development programs, and monitor effectiveness to support continuous growth.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Partner with management on workforce planning, HR analytics, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Handle any projects or tasks assigned to meet business objectives.

  • Bachelors degree in related field is required.
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2-3 years in supervisory/leadership role.
