Job description
Key Responsibilities

Fully responsible for the Company’s Human Resources and Administrative management, overseeing end-to-end HR processes and administrative operations. Ensures that HR policies, administrative procedures, and execution are aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives and comply with Malaysian employment laws and regulations. Through effective talent management, performance systems, and administrative support, this role ensures smooth daily operations and sustainable organizational growth.

HR Operations & Compliance
  • Manage payroll processing, leave administration, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Ensure HR operations comply with the Employment Act and relevant labour laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee disciplinary matters, including Warning Letters, Show Cause Letters, and termination processes.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant employee records and documentation.
Recruitment & Talent Management
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job descriptions (JD), interviews, offer letters, and onboarding arrangements.
  • Conduct workforce planning aligned with business growth and organizational expansion.
  • Oversee probation evaluation and confirmation processes with clear assessment criteria and proper documentation.
Performance & Reward
  • Drive and manage performance appraisal systems and KPI evaluation frameworks.
  • Assist in planning and executing annual salary reviews, performance increments, and incentive schemes.
  • Maintain job grading, ranking, and career development frameworks to support long-term employee growth.
HR Policy & Process Improvement
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and related procedures.
  • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure HR documentation, policies, and processes are practical, enforceable, and risk-controlled.
Employee Relations & Advisory
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee-related HR matters.
  • Provide HR and labour law advisory support to management for decision-making.
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues to maintain a positive work environment.
Administration & Office Management
  • Coordinate office events and festive activities.
  • Oversee daily office administration, including office supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Manage administrative budgets and cost control.
  • Administer company administrative policies, procedures, and internal coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to management and all departments.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR-related experience, including 2–23 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR operational practices.
  • Hands”on experience in employee discipline, probation management, and termination cases.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate high professional integrity.
  • Must be proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate with mandarin”speaking stakeholders.
