Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations and resolve any HR-related issues or conflicts.
• Oversee performance management, employee appraisals, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and fair packages.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, and inclusion.
• Advise and support senior management on HR best practices, including talent retention and employee development.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports; provide insights to leadership on key HR metrics.
• Facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives to promote job satisfaction and motivation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus).
• 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysia’s labour laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands‑on approach to HR management.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
