Overview

UWC Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Human Resource Manager to join our team in Batu Kawan, Penang. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's human resource strategies and supporting the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the HR team in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Oversee the SHE team to ensure compliance with safety regulations, continuous improvement of workplace safety, and promotion of a safe working culture.
  • Partner with department heads to support manpower planning, talent development, and retention initiatives.
  • Advise management on HR and SHE policies, procedures, and compliance with Malaysian labor and safety laws.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and programs to enhance morale, communication, and collaboration.
  • Review and implement HR and SHE Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Support strategic HR planning, organization development, and succession management.
  • Act as a key liaison with government authorities on HR and SHE matters.
