A leading Malaysian company is seeking a Human Resource Executive to manage the recruitment process. You'll screen candidates to ensure a right fit for the organization while formalizing job descriptions and specifications. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have at least 2 years of experience in hiring, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred. This position is based in Pandan Jaya, Ampang, and demands strong organizational skills and professionalism.
Identifies the ideal recruitment channel and platform by accessing the applicability for the candidate’s pool that match with our requirements in order to achieve cost efficiency.
Accesses the potential candidates by screening and reviewing for suitable candidates in order to ensure the candidates match with the hiring requirement.
Formalizes job description and specifications for existing and new positions for hiring needs and job analysis in order to use this particular information to create a right fit between job and employee.
Manages hiring including screening of candidates, selection interviews and preparations of compensation package, new joiner on-boarding process to make sure all required documents are to be collected and documented.
Assist to manages internal movement and mobility opportunities for talent retention in order to create long term career pathing to all level of employees.
Provide responsive, high quality advice supporting Managers on recruitment function with an emphasis on taking shared responsibility and ownership for decision-making involving people issues.
