  • Mempunyai pemahaman yang kuat tentang undang-undang buruh dan praktik HR terbaik.

  • Perlu mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang kuat untuk menyampaikan polisi dan menyelesaikan konflik.

  • Mengendalikan niat dan penyelesaian konflik pekerja.
  • Menjalankan perancangan tenaga kerja berserta kepimpinan.

Overview

RM4,000.00/bln - RM7,300.00/bln

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Address employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and strategy.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Job Requirements
  • Professional Knowledge — Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
