Job description

Oversee end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.

Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and procedures that align with the company’s objectives.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR regulation.

Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.

Manage disciplinary and grievance issues professionally and in line with company policy.

Collaborate with department heads and management on workforce planning and staffing requirements.

Maintain up-to-date HR records and systems.

Prepare and present regular HR reports to the management team.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in an HR position.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Able to work independently, multi-task, and solve problems effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Mandarin speaker is a must for communication purpose.
