Job summary

A leading technology company in Malaysia is seeking an HR Administrator to oversee office administration, manage expatriate matters, and provide HR operational support. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Job description

Oversee overall office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage expatriate-related matters, including employment pass applications, renewals, and other relevant issues.

Provide comprehensive HR operational support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, and record management.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.

Advise management on current and emerging labour laws, HR trends, and best practices.

Foster effective working relationships with subsidiaries, government agencies, and relevant local authorities.

Coordinate and liaise with other Department Heads to ensure alignment of HR and administrative objectives.

Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and presentations for management review.

Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements when required.

Perform other ad-hoc HR or administrative duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with multilingual staffs.

Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Possess own transport and able to travel when required.

Positive work attitude, punctual, reliable, and responsible.

Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour legislation.
