Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Reporting to: Managing Director and Human Resources & Business Development

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage the full spectrum of immigration processes for expatriates and their dependents.
  • Liaise with government authorities and external agencies (e.g., Immigration Department, ESD, CIDB) to ensure timely submission and approval of applications.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Support training and development, performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR matters.
  • Payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, workshops, appointments, catering and travel arrangements both internally and for visitors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently with different nationalities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
