  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles and support continuous performance improvement initiatives.
Employee Development & Relations
  • Plan, execute, and monitor training, learning, and development programs to enhance workforce capability.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate fair, timely conflict resolution.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions accurately and on schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and audit‑ready reporting.
HR Strategy & Operations
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Identify and execute process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Foreign Worker Management
  • Strong knowledge of Expatriate Services Division (ESD) processes and manage work permit applications, renewals, and compliance activities.
