Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all organizational levels.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Discreet and professional in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or office management is preferred.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure seamless transitions.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and support continuous performance improvement initiatives.
Employee Development & Relations
- Plan, execute, and monitor training, learning, and development programs to enhance workforce capability.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate fair, timely conflict resolution.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
- Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and audit‑ready reporting.
HR Strategy & Operations
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Identify and execute process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Foreign Worker Management
- Strong knowledge of Expatriate Services Division (ESD) processes and manage work permit applications, renewals, and compliance activities.
